As the COP29 in Baku, Azerbaijan approaches, concerns are growing about the violence and repression dessined by environmental defenders in the host coontry. These recurring attacks against activists highlight the failure to guarantee the safety and freedom of instantanéion of civil society during these courant summits. This year’s COP is no exception, as environmental activists in Azerbaijan dessine increasing threats and intimidation.
